How to Make the Best Meat Masala?

Ingredients to make Mutton Meat Masala
- 500 g Boneless Mutton
- 3 medium-sized Onions
- 4 medium-sized Tomatoes
- inch of Ginger
- 2-4 whole pods of Garlic
- ½ cup Curd
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- Coriander for Garnish
- Salt to Taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Cee Pee Meat Masala

- 2-3 tsp Cee Pee Garam Masala

Method to make Mutton Meat Masala
- Place a pressure cooker on a high flame. Add oil and let it get warm.
- Slice the onions and make a paste out of ginger and garlic. Add both to the bubbling oil and cook until it turns light brown.
- Add salt, Kuti Mirch, Haldi powder, and some water to mix the spices well. Let this mixture cook for at least 2 minutes.
- In the meantime, grate tomatoes or make a paste by grinding them, and then proceed to add it to the now simmering brown mix. Add garam masala while you add the tomatoes too. Cook this mix until the oil starts to separate.
