How to Make Paneer Bhurji with Cee Pee Spices

Paneer bhurji is a popular dish in North Indian cuisine, made with scrambled cottage cheese (Paneer) and spices. It is a quick and easy recipe that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Paneer bhurji goes well with roti, paratha, bread or rice.

To make Paneer bhurji, you need some fresh Paneer, onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and cee pee spices. For Paneer bhurji, you can use cee pee kitchen king masala, cee pee red chilli powder, cee pee turmeric powder and cee pee garam masala. These spices will give your Paneer bhurji a rich and delicious taste.

Here are the steps to make Paneer Bhurji with cee pee spices:

  • Crumble the Paneer with your hands or grate it with a grater. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and salt. Cook until the tomato becomes soft and mushy.

  • Sprinkle some Cee Pee Garam Masala and coriander leaves on top. Turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot with roti, paratha, bread or rice.
