Make Restaurant-Style Chana Masala Recipe at Home with Cee Pee Spices

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 2 cans, drained and rinsed)
- 2 onions, chopped)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste)
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise)
- 2 tablespoons Cee Pee Spices’ Chana Masala Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Cee Pee Spices’ Turmeric Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Cee Pee Spices’ Cumin Powder)
- 2 tablespoons oil)
- Salt to taste)

Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add Cee Pee Spices’ Chana Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Cumin Powder to the pan and mix well.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy. )
- Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes until the chickpeas
are coated with the spice mixture. )
- Add salt to taste and garnish with cilantro leaves. )
