Vrat ke Uttapam

Prepared from Sama ke chawal or vrat ke chawal, these delish pancakes are very healthy and super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sama ke chawal ka atta
- 1 tsp Cee Pee Cumin Seeds
- 1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli, chopped
- ¼ cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
- Sendha namak to taste
- Water as required
Method
- In rice flour, add water to make a thick but flowing batter. Add to it cumin seeds, sendha namak, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Heat a tava or a skillet and spread some oil on it.
- With a spoon or a ladle, pour the batter on a hot tava. Do not spread the batter.
- Top the spread batter with tomatoes and green chillies as soon as you pour it.
- Sprinkle some oil on the top as well as sides.
- As the base is cooked, flip it upside down. As tomatoes get cooked, flip it again and cook the base once again.
- Serve mini uttapams with curd or chutney.
